Every week Scholastic News brings teachers and students high-quality nonfiction on fascinating seasonal science and social studies themes. Thanks to our Scholastic Book Fairs, we are able to provide every student in the school this subscription.
BATTLE OF THE BOOKS​
​
All 4th grade students will be preparing for our Annual Battle of the Books! Teams will be made in each of the 4th grade classes of 4-5 students. EVERYONE will be on a team. READING PATCH

Hill-Roberts Reading Patch Club is open for all 3rd and 4th graders. Students read books in different genres and take Accelerated Reader quizzes working towards earning many different reading patches!
SUMMER READING PROGRAM

The Summer Reading Challenge unites students from around the globe in an attempt to set a new world record for most minutes read this summer! Visit Hill-Roberts Summer Reading Website for more details!

The students at Hill-Roberts are very lucky to have the Accelerated Reader program at our school. All students take the STAR Reader quiz which determines their level. Books in our library are coded with a system of circular tags (Read More...)
